1. The Program is open only to Singapore citizens and permanent residents residing in Singapore.
2. Employees of Elitez Group of Companies, their advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
3. The person who is being referred needs to be a Singapore citizen and/ or a permanent resident with valid Singapore Nursing Board Registration.
1. There is no limit to the number of nurse referrals.
2. The referred nurse is required to successfully complete 100hrs before the referrer can receive the incentive.
3. The referrer's incentive pay will be credited to his/her bank account on the first week of the following month.
4. Submissions must be completed in full and made in the manner specified on the Form. Failure to do so will result in non-submission.
5. All submissions shall be handled by Representatives of Elitez & Associates. The Representatives shall contact all nurses via contact details provided in the forms received.
6. Elitez & Associates reserves the right to decline and/or refuse any submissons that do not meet the terms & conditions of the programme. These include forms submitted with invalid or incorrect information.
