Salary: $2,400 - $3,000
Ensure all equipment and consumables meet standard requirement, at optimal working condition and safe for patient’s use.
Provide regular structured and ad-hoc health education and counselling to patients, their family and care givers as a mean to improve the safety & quality of care.
Demonstrate competency in dialysis-related procedures according to protocols, including the care and procedures of dialysis access, preparation, commencement and completion of dialysis treatment, management of dialysis complications, etc.
Responsible in assessing and documenting patient’s vital signs and psycho-physio-social needs before, during and after treatment. Report any abnormalities to Registered Nurse timely.
Adhere to proper aseptic techniques and infection prevention and control protocol.
Demonstrate competency in collection of patient blood sample.
Demonstrate competency in collection of water sample and water quality tests.
Report any abnormalities to Registered Nurse timely.
Responsible to clear dialyzers and bloodlines after dialysis and perform dialyser reprocessing procedures according to protocol (if applicable).
Demonstrate competency in dialysis equipment
